MEET OUR STYLISTS

Tiffany
Owner, Master Colorist, Balayage Specialist
I jumped into the beauty industry in 2009, and never looked back. My dream was - and still is - to encourage women and give them a little boost of self-love no matter what they have going on in their lives. In 2018 I took a huge leap and opened The Beauty Company. My husband and I worked tirelessly to create a space where my guests could come chat with a friend, drink coffee, escape the hustle and bustle of life, and leave feeling refreshed and beautiful.
I absolutely love to learn! I’m constantly going to classes to expand my skills and become a better stylist, and I’m always focused on learning how to best serve my guests and my team. My goal is for The Beauty Company to be a salon like no other in the area, and a place where we can create and grow together.
I am a Jesus-loving wife with three beautiful little kiddos and an outstanding husband. (You might even get to see him in the salon at about 5:30pm for the daily parent swap!) I am always up for a trip, opportunities to renovate my home, perusing the Target aisles, and hanging with my girlfriends.

Tara
Beauty Professional — Blonde Specialist, 10 years
Tara has been a stylist for 15 years, and loves to help her clients reach their hair goals. She first joined the hair industry because she never left a salon with her hair as blonde as she liked, and wanted to be a stylist who would listen and create the look of every client’s dreams.
With such a wide variety of styles and colors available, Tara likes the creativity involved in working with all of them - with the exception of the female mullet! She has a passion for highlights, blonde looks, and custom color, and can style your hair in some amazing braids for any occasion. And she’ll have a blast chatting with you, because she loves to get to know her clients!
Tara is a country girl who is at home in the outdoors and can often be found in cowgirl boots. She enjoys fishing, hunting, and camping with her husband, and has two beautiful daughters who don’t know how lucky they are to have a hairstylist as a mom! Tara first learned to braid hair on her horses growing up, and now spends a lot of time riding and hanging out at horse shows with her family.

Victoria
Beauty Professional
My name is Victoria, I’m a Hairstylist in Illinois. I started my journey after graduating from The Illinois Institute of Art - Chicago with a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Marketing & Management in 2017. I didn’t know what direction I wanted to go in from there; so, I took a year off and just worked retail. I remember thinking all through college, and in high school, about being a hairstylist. Whenever I saw a hair stylist in TV shows or movies I would imagine what that life you be like, and I liked what I saw.
I decided to go back to school. I finished cosmetology school at a Paul Mitchell school in 2020. I started searching for salons to work in right away! After many interviews and shadow days I chose my salon. And it has been amazing! I feel very lucky to have found such a welcoming and supportive environment to work in.
I love building my knowledge, technical skills, and offering transformational services to my clients! If you are looking for a dimensional brunette color, a lived in blonde look, or a total transformation, I’m your girl!

Grace
Beauty Professional
Hey I’m Grace! I'm a Jesus loving, simple, outdoorsy kind of girl! You may recognize me around the salon as I assisted last spring for Tara and Tiffany. I am now back as stylist! I was born and raised in the small town of Peotone. I started cosmetology school at the career center my junior year of high school. During that that time I found my passion as a stylist, specifically updos and blowouts! I love how beautiful a simple style or updo can make you feel like a whole new woman!
I decided to move to the beautiful city of Scottsdale, Arizona to work as a Drybar Stylist! Working at the Drybar opened my eyes to all different hair types and what works best for each! I feel so thankful and blessed to be at The Beauty Company where I learned from the best and now am doing hair right next to my mentors! I am now taking all clients and services! I hope to see you in chair soon and hopefully blow you away with my Drybar blow drying skills.
